The Plastics and Chemicals Industries Association is the pre-eminent national body representing Australia's fourth largest manufacturing sector.

PACIA approached cylinder with the requirements to re-vamp their tired website and introduce a comprehensive content management system that would give them far greater control of their content. The brief was also to develop a complete online member management tool to replace their legacy system.

In addition to the CMS, a customized event management system was designed to allow organizations to easily register and pay for staff to attend the many events held each year. Members are also kept up to date via the custom-built email marketing system integrated into the content management system.
